With over 20 years of experience in product development and process improvement, and with clients ranging from major corporations to small firms throughout the United States, Mike is now helping clients harness new opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mike’s corporate experience has included many well-known companies in highly competitive markets.  He began consulting with small manufacturers who wanted to make improvements, but lacked the experience to successfully bring powerful new techniques into their operations.

In 1999, Mike established a new consulting enterprise named Simple Solutions that is focused on the specific needs of small and mid-sized companies of all types.  Mike works with clients that need to simplify operations, deploy new techniques and streamline their processes.

Clients benefit from improved teamwork, agile processes and flexible systems.  Company executives continue to applaud the customer-focused solutions that are developed and supported by their employees.

Mike trains, coaches and facilitates cross-functional teams chartered with accelerating office, processing and production tasks, reducing systemic wastes, increasing customer confidence and simplifying internal company processes.
